Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

 The standard postage we use is Sendle and 100% carbon neutral and we use 100% recycled paper and tape for packaging.

Shipping for orders outside NZ and AUS are $30. For express post and overseas orders, unfortunately there is no ethical option via Aus Post ( There is no good reason why they couldn't just use recycled plastic! ) so please place the packaging in the soft plastic recycling bin. 

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days, I do my posting on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Once processed you should receive your order within 3-10 business days depending on where you live.
Once your order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number to track your package. Shop Jume is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays in shipping/delivery or any damage to the package due to unforeseen events once shipped. 
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes but i make sure this is as minimal as possible.
As the customer you are responsible for payment of any such fees.
If you have any concerns please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.  
It is important that you fill in the correct address when placing your order as Shop Jume cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order.
Please ship to a secure daytime address, please be aware that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

 

Returns:

Change of Mind:
You may exchange any garment within 7 days of receiving the item. Once the item is returned to us you will be issued a credit note for the value of the purchase - less shipping and handling charges. Unfortunately due to the nature of our business in regards to many one off's and very small runs, we can not offer refunds for change of mind. 
All items must be returned to us in original condition and must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. Jume reserves the right to refuse exchanges and refunds​ if the product in question does not meet ​these requirements.

We want you to love your Jume Garment so please feel free to contact us on hello@shopjume.com if you have any questions regarding something you have bought or ordered.

We do not provide refunds on sale items which cannot be cancelled, returned or ​exchanged (unless deemed faulty). Please be sure of your size when selecting from these ​items​ and feel free to contact us via hello@shopjume.com if you have any sizing queries that cannot be assisted with the size chart. 

 

1.To make a return or exchange please ​e​mail us at hello@shopjume.com within the week of purchase. ​Please provide us with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
2. A confirmation email will be sent to you including our return address details and instructions for returning your item. We require that all merchandise must be returned within 10​ business days from the date we send your return confirmation email. All returns must be sent via a trusted ​delivery service that has tracking capabilities. Unless the item returned is deemed faulty all shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Once we receive the item, you will be issued one of the following:  an online store credit, or an ​exchange or if the product is faulty, a full refund, a partial refund.
4. Responsibility of the ​item remains with the purchaser until the item is received by the Jume returns team. We do not​ accept responsibility for packages that are not​ ship​ped​ by our dispatch team.​
Please note that customers are responsible for any return shipping costs;​ including ​local duties & taxes that may apply to ​international orders and we will not refund initial postage charges for returned items unless the garment is deemed faulty.
If you feel you have received a faulty garment, ​please return the ​product to us for assessment, following the above returns process. We try our best to replace or repair the garment, if this isn't possible, we will provide you with ​an exchange, ​online store credit or refund for the original amount on your order invoice​.  We will not repair/exchange/refund items that have been damaged due to general wear and tear.
